PAID4BYE TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Description of Service

Paid4Bye provides users with the opportunity to upload photographs and other content for display on digital billboards and related advertising platforms.

2. User Eligibility

By using the Website, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
• Any content you upload complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

3. Ownership and Rights to Uploaded Content

By uploading, submitting, or otherwise providing any photograph, image, or other content to Paid4Bye, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The copy of the photograph or content uploaded to Paid4Bye becomes the property of Paid4Bye.
• You grant Paid4Bye a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, store, and otherwise utilize the uploaded content for any lawful purpose.
• You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights and permissions to upload the content.

4. Content Standards

Users may not upload content that:

• Contains pornography, nudity, sexually explicit material, or obscene content.
• Depicts illegal activity.
• Contains hate speech, harassment, threats, or discriminatory content.
• Infringes upon the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or entity.
• Violates any applicable law or regulation.

5. Content Removal

Paid4Bye reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to review, reject, remove, suspend, or delete any content at any time, for any reason or for no stated reason.

Content may be removed immediately without notice if Paid4Bye determines, in its sole discretion, that the content is objectionable, inappropriate, explicit, unlawful, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.

Removal of content shall not entitle the user to any refund, credit, compensation, or reimbursement.

6. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Once a user purchases a posting, display, advertising placement, or any other service through Paid4Bye:

• No refunds will be provided.
• No credits will be issued.
• No chargebacks are permitted except where required by applicable law.

This no-refund policy applies regardless of whether content is subsequently removed pursuant to these Terms.

7. User Representations

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have permission to use all content submitted.
• Your content does not violate the rights of any third party.
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You will indemnify and hold harmless Paid4Bye from any claims arising from your uploaded content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paid4Bye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Website or the removal of any content.

Paid4Bye's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Paid4Bye, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of:

• Your use of the Website.
• Your uploaded content.
• Your violation of these Terms.
